《动物营养档案》是一本涵盖动物营养的生物化学和生理基础的国际期刊。重点放在蛋白质和氨基酸代谢、能量转化、矿物质代谢、维生素代谢、营养对肠道和身体功能的影响等方面的原创性论文，并分别结合性能标准。介绍了近年来在实际动物饲养、饲料理论、饲料添加剂作用方式、饲料保鲜和饲料加工等方面的研究进展。该光谱涵盖所有相关的动物物种，包括食物生产和同伴动物。很少能够优先考虑涉及更多描述性研究的论文，即使这些论文可能是有趣的，在技术上是健全的，或对动物生产有影响，或仅对特定区域条件有关的主题。同行评审的声明《动物营养档案》是一本国际性、同行评议的期刊，发表高质量的原创研究成果。所有提交的稿件都要经过编辑的初步评估，如果发现适合进一步考虑，还要经过独立的、匿名的专家评审。所有的同行评审都是单盲的，通过电子邮件提交给编辑Ortwin Simon教授，地址是osimon@zedat.fu-berlin.de。

Archives of Animal Nutrition is an international journal covering the biochemical and physiological basis of animal nutrition. Emphasis is laid on original papers on protein and amino acid metabolism, energy transformation, mineral metabolism, vitamin metabolism, nutritional effects on intestinal and body functions in combination with performance criteria, respectively. It furthermore deals with recent developments in practical animal feeding, feedstuff theory, mode of action of feed additives, feedstuff preservation and feedstuff processing. The spectrum covers all relevant animal species including food producing and companion animals. Seldom can priority be given to papers covering more descriptive studies, even if they may be interesting and technically sound or of impact for animal production, or for topics of relevance for only particular regional conditions.Peer Review Statement Archives of Animal Nutrition is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing high-quality, original research. All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editors, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees.
