[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment of senile osteoarthritis. Methods 160 elderly patients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups， 80 cases in control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment， the other 80 cases in treatment group were treated with the method of Chinese medicine treatment， included massage， acupuncture， medicated bath combined with rehabilitation exercise， after 3 months， the scores of the effect and joint function recovery of patients in the two groups was compared. Results Compared with control group， the total efficiency of patients in treatment group was higher， the joint function score was higher， and with less adverse reaction， the differences were all statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion In elderly patients with osteoarthritis， the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment is better than the conventional western medicine treatment， the patients with high curative effect， less adverse reaction and good functional recovery， it is a reliable and safe treatment method， and it is worthy of clinical promotion.

[摘要]目的讨论中医康复治疗对老年骨性关节病的疗效。方法选择160例患有骨性关节病的老年患者，随机分为两组，对照组80例单纯应用西医常规治疗，治疗组80例单纯应用中医方法治疗，包括按摩、针灸、药浴配合康复锻炼，3个月后，比较两组患者的疗效和关节功能恢复评分。结果治疗组患者总有效率及关节功能恢复评分更高，不良反应少，与对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对患有骨性关节病的老年患者应用中医康复治疗方法比单纯应用西医方法效果更好，患者不良反应少，疗效高，功能恢复好，是可靠安全的治疗方法，值得临床推广。

老年骨性关节病是指随着年龄的增长，骨关节发生的阻滞、粘连或软骨的退行性病变[1]，主要表现在功能受限，行动迟缓，关节部位肿胀疼痛，严重时可发生关节畸形[2]。为控制病情，西医一般采用消炎止痛类药物进行治疗，但临床效果不佳，常有不同程度的不良反应，并且复发率高，而中医在此病的治疗中，有独特的优势。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
选择2011年7月～2012年7月在本院求诊的患有骨性关节病的老年患者160例作为研究对象，其中，男性95例，女性65例；年龄最小60岁，最大79岁，平均（72.3±3.6）岁；病程最长13年，最短2年，平均（5.6±2.2）年；病变在膝部129例，在髋部22例，在其他关节9例。所有患者均有不同程度的疼痛，活动时有骨擦感，X线检查可见病位关节间隙狭窄。将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例，两组患者的性别、年龄、病情等方面比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。
1.2治疗方法
对照组采用西医常规治疗，用药主要为消炎止痛药。治疗组采用中医综合康复治疗，包括按摩、针灸、药浴配合康复锻炼，治疗3个月后比较两组患者的疗效。中医综合治疗方法具体如下。
1.2.1按摩在病位关节周围做拿、揉、捏、滚、点、按等操作，循经进行，并重点点按穴位，膝关节病变以犊鼻、风市、阴陵泉、阳陵泉、足三里、血海、梁丘、三阴交为主，髋关节病变以环跳、秩边、肾俞、腰阳关、八
